Shine Over a period of 8 weeks, participants will engage in confidence building exercises, relaxation, and fun activities, one evening a week. Together we shall rediscover personal self-worth and how unique we truly are, whilst working on our decision making and problem-solving skills. Self-confidence will be built upon as we set and achieve our own personal goals through realising our hearts desires. Each week each participant will take something home which will serve as a reminder of that week’s session.
Escape the Trap, an 8 week course designed for young people, looking at different personas of the abuser.
