breaking the chains of abuse

Our Mission:

Breaking the chains of abuse.

We offer a place of safety, in which domestic abuse victims can rediscover their self-worth and be empowered to find a life much better than living with abuse, a life that they can dream about and take steps to begin to achieve it.

Our Vision

We use recovery interventions and individual counselling to establish a self-sustaining network of people in recovery from domestic abuse and to raise awareness and improve access to support for both adults and young people in West Suffolk.

Self-confidence will be built upon as we set and achieve our own personal goals through realising our hearts desires. Each week each participant will take something home which will serve as a reminder of that week’s session.
