10-Week Programme for Victims and Survivors of Domestic Abuse and Intimate Partner Violence

This 10-week programme is designed for anyone affected by domestic abuse or intimate partner violence, regardless of gender, sexuality, or background. Traditional programmes often focus on heterosexual norms (male abuser/female victim), but abuse can affect anyone at any time. Our approach recognises domestic abuse as a human experience, ensuring inclusivity and understanding for all participants.

The programme provides trauma-informed support in a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment, prioritising safeguarding and the wellbeing of every participant. Through structured sessions, individuals gain practical tools and guidance to understand and manage the effects of abuse, develop coping strategies, and rebuild confidence.

By promoting reflection, resilience, and personal growth, this programme empowers participants to gain a positive perspective and take steps toward a safe, healthy future free from domestic abuse.

How does Curve work?

Curve is a group programme  that welcomes all genders, races and LGBTQ+.

Groups run online and in-person and we explore types of abuse and profiles of abusers. We encourage everyone to take part and share experiences if they’re comfortable.
