Strength is a personal development and group mentoring tool using practical and experiential approaches to learning. Every life counts and has intrinsic value.
The programme helps to:
- Develop holistic personal and problem-solving skills.
- Improve confidence and understanding of intrinsic value.
- Enhance social support networks.
- Increase self-awareness.
- Give significance, resilience and courage.
How does the programme work?
This is an in person group, following a set programme that explores various areas of self esteem and self worth. It is only in person at the moment, and runs for 8 weeks.
Strength is open to mixed ages, but separate groups for young people are available if needed.
